Micro filtration

The cleanliness level of the hydraulic oil used in the brake system is crucial for the performance of the system. In order to ensure that the oil in the system is clean we supply high quality micro filtration systems (β2 = 9.990) for hydraulic systems and off-line filter system for remote locations.

Our filter system can be used with any hydraulic, lubrication or transmission system in virtually any market or industry. The system has its own motor-pump combination, which means that the system pressures and specifications remain in conformance with the values specified by the manufacturer. The motor-pump combination will pump contaminated oil from the reservoir through the filter and returns clean oil to the reservoir.  The filters can be changed easily.

The filter system is based on a modular and specially designed manifold that integrates all of the oil channels. So leakages from vibrations or poorly connected pipes are a thing of the past. As the whole system is mounted on a base plate, it can be quickly and easily installed into your system.

As an option, there are micro filters with on-line particle counters for continuous indication of the oil contamination level. This particle counter can be connected to PC or PLC to provide all the digital information on the oil contamination.
